Took my wife in for a COVID test as per her employers orders. Staff could not get us out of the office fast enough. Threw a home test box on the counter and said here you go. I described that she needed the visit for her employment and the person said that box will be good enough. Then she literally said, "okay" but in that tone of "I'm done with you so..." No temp taken, no form for chain of custody etc. Absolutely waste of time, if this is what my property tax pays for then I want my money back. Useless office, waste of time and tax payer money. This is the second time I've been turned away from this office when I needed their help.
