Just called to try to figure out how to file my divorce papers the woman on the phone was no help at all she sounded like I was interrupting her personal time she had no sympathy in her voice she honestly sounded like she didn't even want to be on the phone.

The three in the collector's office think they run everything. Cannot send out a competent letter that tells people when stuff is due, and then talks down to people when they call to ask for specific dates. Worst experience I've ever had in my life. They need to be removed from office.
