Gwinnett place vaccine location is a model of efficiency. Lots of people but everything moves fast. Friendly staff assisted my wife and I and everybody thru the process. It took only 28 minutes total (including the 15 minute hold time you are seated after the shot) We are very proud of our county health department! Great job in a time of crisis.

I would like to issue a complaint for the Pay Station center. I was transferred to this center to ask questions regarding payment considering I’m currently unemployed and would need to bring in documents For proof of income. The lady on the phone from pay station/center was very rude, kept cutting me off and when I asked if I should bring my divorce papers because that’s where it states my child support etc and I was hung up on. This shouldn’t be a tedious task for a future patient asking for information on the cost she would need to be prepared for since she’ll be paying out of pocket. Earlier this morning I accidentally called an Illinois number for help and they were so helpful and quick and was able to give me a quote with what I provided. They were beyond professional and helpful. Being a Georgia resident I am disappointed in the lack of empathy and professionalism of the pay center employee for Lawrenceville. Please address this and provide easier access for patients to know how much they need to pay out of pocket.

Thank you for the amazing work you are doing giving the COVID vaccine to so many people daily. I had mine today, and was so impressed by the organization of the process, and the care you took in every person that walked through the doors. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was commendable. Thanks again!

I went to the wrong department. Thought this was the health department. The lady said they don’t promote my religion if not getting the vaccine so we are in the wrong spot. Really sad to companies hire people against a religious belief

Online it says that you can get your Birth Certificate here. They are locked in and very rude in telling you they don't perform a function all public health departments should. This is the Board of health. What are they there for.
