Inspector Little lied in court about my uninhabitable apartment and was my landlord witness. Do not trust her

I don't know why the Department of Health and Human Services has a phone number. There is no way I can reach this department by phone. No matter which area of the department I am sent to, I get the same message after pressing what seems like every possible digit- the mailbox is full . Very frustrating.

This company funded by the tax payer is a complete and utter waste of money. The McDonald’s on Brainard road in Hartford has no hot water. It must be a thing between cities and McDonald owners where health departments don’t care if the water is hot enough to wash germs away. The worker let me know that she touches every surface on the way to the sink in the back with hot water.. Before it turns in to an environmental disaster of c diff and E. coli you guys might want to use the tax payers money to fix a problem .. I don’t understand why health departments employ people when the people don’t work and send the calls to the voicemail
