They decide when they want to help. They are inconsistent with their policies and when they follow them. Bunch of men that don’t care. They’re not here to support residents. Don’t move to Bloomfield.

In the past I would have given 5 stars because they took my complaint seriously and treated me kindly. The last issue I reported of an infestation hasn’t been handled the same. It’s been a year and a half and the infestation got worse. The inspector indicated several times repairs were done on the exterior but they weren’t as it got worse. I emailed the director and building department to stress my concerns. I never heard back from the health director. The building department cared but it isn’t their responsibility. The inspector is rude to me and doesn’t put any urgency on the matter. I reported the complaint and he seems to be buddies with the property manager. I thought they worked for us??!!

Today, I went to the department because I needed to update my salon license. I was glad to meet Nicole; she was very professional and provided me with all the necessary information that I needed. She got things done in a short amount of time; I walked out the door with the updated license. Amazing! Thank you, Nicole!!!
