Made my life easy on a stressful day. Quick, easy, efficient. Only compliant (if I had to mention one) is that I don’t think staff said more than 10 words to me. For me, that was fine and I prefer it that way.

I’ve come here on 3 separate occasions to get my birth certificate fixed and each time I come they tell me a new reason why they can’t fix it. I wouldn’t be so upset, but the wait list for a new appointment (bc for some reason you can’t just walk in) is MONTHS long. Honestly they’re just trash here. Pick a different job if you can’t be competent in this one… it’s really not that hard.

The process to get a replacement birth certificate was smooth and quick, there was no line, plenty of chairs, the clerk was pleasant and professional, the parking is ample and the office is right when you enter the building. It's hard to come up with a negative about my visit there or how they have it set up.

Kuo was incredibly kind and helpful. Great service both over the phone and in person. However, I was in contact with both gentlemen who work there and was pleasantly surprised. So refreshing to see that are still people willing to help others out there. Thank you all!
