I called trying to get my mother’s marriage certificates, for 3 marriages over 30 years ago. I spoke to two people, Chris was first and he spent the time to locate them because in archives since it was over 30 yrs ago. Chris did not hesitate, put me on hold, called me back as soon as he had the information/certificates. Out of the three, he located 2 of the certificates and told me to contact the divorce court, because a license was never filed. He told me how to get it through fed ex overnight, he went over and above that afternoon. I also spoke to Jacop when Chris was busy. He gave me all the information I needed for shipping and the email to send the label. You don’t find this kind of help anywhere anymore. These young men made a major problem get taken care of. Thank you!!!!!

2 stars for being nice on the first visit. However, mostly a negative experience because they have posted open hours on the website, which I specifically checked prior to coming, especially the day before Thanksgiving. Taped a paper sign to the door saying closed for a staff meeting. Now I'll be late to work despite planning and preparation to do things in a timely manner.
