I'm like all the other people. I have called for over a month, leave a message and they NEVER call back. I have made complaints. NOTHING

Literally the worst experience You will have they don't help you at all. They keep acting like they're doing what they're supposed to do. Tell you to check your card for benefits and don't even do anything.

They never answer their phones or get back to you. Never know who my case worker is because it’s constantly changing. Whenever I have to submit a SAR 7, which I have always submitted on time, I get a letter saying it wasn’t received so I lose my benefits for a week or more until I harass them enough that they finally fix it. The receptionist are always kind but there’s only so much they can help me with, however they’re the only ones I’m ever able to actually get in contact with.

They always say leave one message, but they don't call back, and tge main number automatically will go to voice-mail most of the time.
