I was pulled over by one of your Deputies recently. I was on a roadtrip up HWY49 to honor my father. My temporary license is from Nevada, and he couldn't see it through my tinted rear window. As soon as he pulled out behind me I knew why, lol. I don't remember his name, but he was very respectful and polite. Our interaction, start to end, was great. If this is the caliber of officers you hire, please, PLEASE hire more. He's a great asset to your team.

Had some business to to take care of with Sierra County Sheriff office in Downieville recently. I was helped by Autumn Barry, Executive Assistant to the Sheriff. My entire involvement with her from phone calls with my questions to my appointment with her to get paperwork done was incredible. She actually returned calls as promised, was available for my appointment, which I was over 30 minutes early and fun to work and kid with. I wish all government staff would take customer service lessons from her.
