Called with questions on getting a vital document shipped out to me. Courtney was awesome! She was courteous and efficient.

Extremely rude, I am out of state and asking questions about how to obtain my birth certificate. The woman who answered was short and acted like it was inconvenient to be on the phone with me. I was left at the end of the call with none of the information I wanted and upset that I was treated so rudely. Work on your custom service skills

Great location, lots of parking and so many offices in one beautiful place. Solar panels above part of the parking area provide shade from the sun. Spacious lobby downstairs with a cute little cafe. Our interaction with the records office was stellar. Staff friendly, efficient, knowledgeable going the extra mile without even having to ask.

We visited to record a deed. We were greeted promptly, there was no waiting. The clerk who assisted us was friendly and professional, and our paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. An excellent experience.

I was married here on Friday, and I’m sad to say it could have been a much better experience. The woman working had an abrasive attitude from the start (she did thaw out slightly later in the process though). We specifically came in after what would seem to be lunch time (around 1:30) but I guess the other two ppl were on break and “they were really short staffed” so she said we wouldn’t be able to do the ceremony outside. We had to do it in their little hospital looking marriage room. I have waited years to get married, and I absolutely would not have minded waiting an hour for someone to finish lunch so my wedding could be how I pictured. The website really only showed pictures of the outside, and I wasn’t aware there even was some random room off to the side of the office. They also don’t take appointments so you get what you get by default. The way she rushed through reading the vows was awkward and uncomfortable. She also seemed to expect that we would know exactly what to do and how the process should go…I’ve never gotten married before. If I worked here I’d definitely try to make peoples “special day” a bit nicer than some rushed, rude, Patty or Selma DMV experience. Also, most people who are doing their wedding this way don’t have the luxury of doing something nicer. This wouldn’t be my first choice if I had any other choice. So, if you do find yourself getting married here, speak up for yourself and don’t let some tired, bored county employee ruin your wedding day.
