It's been almost a month and I call 2 times and week to see if my benefits are active so I can finally get prenatal care and a first appointment and still nothing is done. The last time I called this yuba county office they gave me a number to a place called Health Care Options (HCO) Medi-Cal Managed Care. However when I called to set up some my information to get medi-Cal insurance they said they weren't able to help me therefore the information they gave me was inaccurate and waste of time.
