If it wasn't for the most awesome woman alive working there, they'd get a two. Spent a lot of wasted time trying to get information about ihss provider enrollment. It was on our third trip when the most awesomely wonderful worker gave us the info we needed, and from my understanding, she didn't even actually work for the ihss profram.

I am 17 weeks pregnant and have been waiting for the office to receive my ICT Request and my information because I moved from a bay area county. It's been almost a month and I call 2 times and week to see if my benefits are active so I can finally get prenatal care and a first appointment and still nothing is done. The last time I called this yuba county office they gave me a number to a place called Health Care Options (HCO) Medi-Cal Managed Care. However when I called to set up some my information to get medi-Cal insurance they said they weren't able to help me therefore the information they gave me was inaccurate and waste of time.

After waiting an hour to speak to someone, I was then connected for no more than two minutes and all I got was a customer representative that was rude with an attitude, and seemed annoyed with my few questions. Communication skills for these jobs is imperial, do better.
