Not once, have I ever had these guys answer their phone, and even when I leave a message, I don't get my calls returned.. Typical government office.

The COVID vaccination site set up in Chico is extremely well run. Whoever set this up deserves praise. My 90 year old mother went through without a problem and now has the first of the two vaccinations.

Very helpful staff made working with them on a permit very easy and streamlined. Have pulled permits with them for both swimming pools and restaurants and they were a pleasure to work with.

There's a specific set of rules for service dogs and for dogs being on an outdoor patio type where food is consumed by the public. somebody at the health department has been telling people they cannot even ask about dogs. I've been seeing more and more homeless people and their pets eating in the general common areas. According to the California code it is not okay
