Terrible service when I went in this last week every lady in the back told me with an attitude it would be a minute to continue their conversations about their days. So I just set the paper down that I was trying to turn in and I guess they decided they wasn’t going to do anything with it since I’m still waiting on what I need. Definitely won’t be using lonoke again 0 stars if I could definitely recommend new staff.

They didn't know what we were there for when we had an appointment to be tested for COVID-19... After calling letting them know we were in the parking lot for our appointment my daughter and I had to wait outside for over 30 minutes before the nurse came out... No other people were there in the parking lot to be seen so I thought that was pretty ridiculous. They do good for immunizations though...
