Was very slow so naturally I didn't have to wait to be seen so that was nice. The lady that helped me was fairly friendly and was patient when explaining everything and how to use what I was there for. Overall satisfied!

I had to wait 10-15 minutes to reload my card even though there was a women sitting at the window “appearing “ to be doing nothing… when I walked in she asked me to sit and wait on the Hispanic women who was working with someone but also having a side conversation with her as well… once another employee came back from lunch I was able to load my card…If you know the unit is going to busy or you don’t want to deal with people why get a job dealing with the public… or simply don’t go to work on those days… I don’t want to deal with other people’s laziness especially when I have other things to….

Detrick was very rude answering the phone. He told me I was better off downloading the app to find the information because he was busy. I called back and got Maria very helpful and answered my one question in a timely manner. Detrick needs some serious coaching and a nice reminder that he works in a service field.

They say they close at 4:30pm but will lock the doors at 4:15pm and will not allow you to come and re-load your card.
