If I could rate it less than 1 star then I would. I wouldn’t even get on here and leave the review but it’s obvious that no one cares about the customer service aspect of the job. I’ve never met staff so unprofessional and unfazed. They have no regard for public health. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone about some results that I need for a new place of employment and as you can guess, I’m still getting the run around. The people who answer the phone seem very bothered by phone calls. Crazy because the whole job is answering phone. You may as well not even call between the hours of 11p-3p because the nurses will be on lunch. If I did not have to I would never set foot in this place again.

Went in to get basic STD testing at 8am on a Tuesday morning. It wasn't busy at all but the front desk receptionists weren't very attentive. The nurse that took care of me (I wish I could remember her name!) was very friendly, kind, reassuring and informative throughout the whole process. When I asked for a small sized speculum instead of medium, she kindly went to go find one and I believe I heard her mention to the other staff that the small sizes should be out in every exam room. Would certainly come here again for other services.

I had to call 4 times before someone would answer the phone to answer my questions. Then when she did she was unbelievably rude, said "we don't do that here" and hung up on me. Every time I tried a different route to get some answers I was hung up on. The only nice person to answer the phone was Kiara and she was so kind and as soon as she transferred me they hung up. So shout out to Kiara but everyone else there was so rude and refuses to do their job.

“Bribri” is RUDE! Every time I go she has the most stank face ever. She seems to get annoyed when you ask questions, and has a horrible tone every time you speak to her. Why do people struggle to do their job!!! It doesn’t take much to be kind and have a smile on her Face .

Terrible experiences. These employees are completely unprofessional, incompetent, delusional, rude, and unwilling to help. Anytime you call, nobody will ever answer the phone. If there is a problem with anything they get really irritated, try to beat around the bush, and don't want to do their jobs. We have been here multitudes of times for the same issue that we have been told is "fixed". That is not. Its very frustrating that this is the specific health department we have to come to for anything, rather than another location. Very stressful having such a terrible health department.
