There is an employee there named Lydia that I spoke to on the phone. It was the most rude and insensitive call I’ve ever experienced in my life. This woman was literally screaming at me and basically interrogated me about a dead line for a tattoo expo. I tried multiple times to say hey can you just calm down it’s 8 am.. like you’re way over the top right now. She screamed at me so much that i started crying. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring someone like that. Especially someone like that that answers the phone. I’m disgusted.I’ve never made a review in my life but this was worth saying.
