I love the people who work here! Such an amazing experience!

They have a telephone line set up for the covid-19 vaccinations. It gives general information that I can get anywhere in the state. But doesn't give me the opportunity to speak to someone and ask a question. Another waste of my time

Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front counter to even assist me. I was just there to get my son's birth certificate. They do not do paper applications any more and have you do it online. Then have the nerve to charge a $4 "convenance" fee for doing it online. After completing the application the lady just up and took lunch without saying anything. Another lady came to the front desk who was not told I was done submitting and paying for the BC. She had it done in 5 minutes. Moral of the review is charging people to do applications online because you do not do paper applications is a scam. You can't make someone pay because it makes you job easier to do all the work for you.
