These people were confused and messed up our daughters birth certificate. I came here to drop it off so they could fix it and they REFUSED to let me in. I’m like already here just open the the door so I don’t have to go to the post office and mail it and wait and hope it gets here. The letter they send did NOT say appointment only so we drove here for 30 minutes away. Something is very SKETCHY. Isn’t this a public building? I spent more time on the phone having the woman explain the sense it made than it would for me to place this paper in her hand and leave.

The staff (older Caucasian woman w/ gray haircut) was extremely rude and unpleasant from the beginning to the end of my appointment. Her lack of professionalism was unbelievable. The form of payment I chose to use wasn't accepted and she was very rude about relaying this information to me. Everytime a question was asked she would reply back snappy. With such a poor attitude, customer service should not be her filed of work. Honestly, I should of asked to speak to her supervisor.

They had their rules to only come five minutes before your appointment. Longs as you had everything they asked for or you needed, you were in & out. You only waited to have the items entered in the computer & to have them printed out.

I had to get a copy of my birth certificate so I could get my passport. You need an appointment to get the birth certificate there but it's easy to make an appointment online. Once there, it was a super simple process... fill out a simple form, show your ID & pay the processing fee. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and the staff was actually very friendly and helpful.
