Their nurses are the ones I want giving me a shot if I have to get one. I barely felt it - they know what they're doing and are pleasant to interact with. We came for my daughter’s four month vaccines. All of the staff was really friendly and welcoming and we were in and out in a timely manner including filling out and signing any paperwork. The lady who gave my daughter her shots was quick and efficient and my daughter wasn’t upset for very long afterwards, maybe 15 seconds. The waiting room has space for older kids to play as well as chairs for the adults to sit in while they wait for their appointment and everything was really clean.

Everyone was wonderful even the front desk and the young lady that let my 5 year old daughter pick a toy after getting 2 vaccines! However, whoever the older woman was that gives the vaccines had very poor bedside manners and was pretty rude the entire time I was trying to do what she wanted me to do while my child was screaming in my ear, I felt as if I was getting on her nerves or she was having a bad day.. either way it was totally unexpected and unnecessary. Do better! Definitely will try not to be back unless absolutely need to.
