Sent a highly abusive worker to a nursing home several times who constantly threatened a helpless patient who can only move inches, giving him mean looks not to tell on her, intimidation threats, and used balled up fists with a patient who has dementia and dissociation because of the abuse of the nursing home. Yet, she was partially determining if this patient could have visitors, completely denying his rights. She walked around with nose in air and prissing her hips, as if a person would not know she thinks she is better than them. She did that to the workers at the nursing home. She did it to me believing the lie I was a high school dropout, whereas in reality, I have a lot higher education than her 4 years of college, and I studied hard, learned a lot. I cannot tell past her childish immature behavior that she was educated past grade school. She also placed her hand on the patient's diaper, constituting as sexual harassment/abuse. Previously, she watched a nurse fondle the patient's leg, and declared it was not sexual abuse. The patient cannot give his consent, and even if he could, it is sexual abuse in the nursing home.

The staff was very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for blood work though. I have a two collapsed veins, one in each arm from trying to fill 4 vials. The nurse went completely through my vein then seesawed the needle in and out trying to get blood flow. It really damaged my arms. I have huge bruises at the injection sites. Extreme pain going down my left arm and into hand and numbness in my right arm since the incident. She was very sweet. I hate that it left so much damage.
