The clerk I had to deal with seemed like she just didn't want to do her job. She kept asking me what I wanted to do when I stated multiple times that I wasn't sure what steps to take next. She asked me irrelevant questions then, when it was time to pay the fee, I reached for my debit card and she says, "Oh no, cash or check only." Because, that would be obvious w/no sign nor warning in the 21st century. I notice, the pple who hold those positions are pretty nasty and never helpful. However, the court officers were very helpful & communicative so, I do appreciate those interactions.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I’ve been dealing with these people for a month and a half now, trying to get my license re instated from another state so I have to take care of a few tickets from here, they make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to do so, the representatives never have any idea what’s going on, they don’t know how to do their jobs and they have very nasty attitudes and will most likely hang up the phone on you mid call out of the blue without a reason. The person in charge of traffic division should be highly embarrassed by how garbage their team is.

Have been served promptly and in a courteous way. Easy to navigate the facility, which by the way is very clean and well maintained. You ll have to go through security at the entrance so leave your pocket knife and whatever at home.
