This man Mr. Nabors is one of the rudest most scattered people i have ever met. He uses his power to control. You need this and that sending you to get more verifications and then threatening that if you argue with him you are barred from his office. I hate to tell him he doesn't own that building and after what he put me through for two days now I will be on a campaign to vote him out. The man needs help. After my experience today and yesterday I have heard many stories about this man. Nobody cares for the way he treats people or conducts business. He tries to change what the dept of Homeland security mandates.

He (Wayne Nabors, himself) demanded paperwork that wasn't actually required. When the TN Dept of Revenue got on the phone with him, he was terrible to the representative on the phone who was simply trying to direct him to the applicable portion of the county clerk handbook. He screamed at us and the agent that he's been doing this 24 years and knew what he was doing and he bet that agent hadn't been there 24 years, etc. It was a full tantrum. Only way to describe it. Instead of just acknowledging that he made a simple error, he lost his mind at the suggestion that he made a mistake. This isn't the behavior of a leader. It was shocking and unbecoming an elected official.
