Amazing staff and great doctors and nurses. First time going there and will continue to. First time having a APRN look at me actually care about what was going on with me without rushing me out. A+++

I needed a last-minute TB test and went to the Putnam County Health Department for a walk-in. Although I was given an appointment for the next day, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The service was efficient, and the cost was only $20, which is very affordable. While I usually prefer other options, this facility is definitely a great backup when insurance becomes complicated.

The NP Jennifer there is soooooo amazing. Her patient care and service methods are phenomenal. She didnt make me feel like I was visiting a doctor. It felt like she cared about me individually as a person. She explained things during my exam and helped me understand why previous meds werent working and why she felt what she prescribed would help and im doing better now. I dont normally leave reviews but she was so helpful and sometimes when you go into a busy place its hard to feel seen or heard and shes really good at that. I didnt wait very long either so her nurses are pretty quick on time management as well.
