Failed to pick up a bulky item pick up for a whole week after calling and emailing numerous times. Then after the bulky item getting picked up that same day I receive a Property violation for slightly having a trash can open. Payed it right away obviously, look at the bottom disclaimer to show you how this city operates. If for whatever reason there was a hypothetical failure of payment it would increase from 25 dollars to 500 dollars after 21 days. 6/27/24 ———— 2023 Incompetent, and the most impressive part of all is their parking violation staff. They love to hand out tickets without proof of notice, picture violations or anything of that sort. I unfortunately allowed my violation to expire as I passed the ticket off as a joke due to lack of respect since it’s not the first time this happens

We went into early voting. The people who work in that department on the 2nd floor are wonderful. So personable, knowledgeable, and polite. What a pleasure to deal with such a cheerful team of people. Thank you for the organized system and a staff of exceptional personalities!

Awesome. I'm a new Revere resident and I loved visiting this place! It's beautiful, and done up well for Christmas! I was there to handle my errands and was also there a few days later for the Revere tree lighting, which was exceptional! The city was giving out free ice cream and other goodies and there were pony rides, train rides, a professional acapella group singing Christmas carols on the top floor and of course a photo booth with Santa. All free, for the love of Revere!

Came in to setup water service, ask a variety of questions, and overall get information about Revere. Mostly friendly people willing to help you. Some departments needed a bit more "encouraging" to get answers to questions, yet everyone that helped me was very friendly and in good spirits. I liked the building a good deal, and the interior had some nice holiday decorations. Nice place to visit to get some business done

Old 6ft Caucasian woman who works there pretty heavily built has one of the most horrendous attitudes. Not sure if it’s my race or what but she definitely makes me feel like it’s a race thing! Stay away from her she’s just nasty
