Had an appointment at 1:30pm wasn’t seen until about 2:15pm. My first time here and tamika didn’t make it easy, her attitude and tone made it seem like she didn’t want to be there. She was very rude and not helpful.

Came here to record some documents, waited over 35 minutes for my number be called, after a while nothing was called near my number. I needed to go to the restroom cuz after driving over an hour or so from OC, I had the need to go to the restroom, when I came back I saw my number had already barely passed, and requested to please be recalled in view of the situation and approached two clerks who said, I might be next, they reset the letters with digits putting me in the bottom of the list without justification or explanation, i am writhing this review right in the moment when all these is taking place. I am about to request to speak to a supervisor and see if I can find someone that will make sense and be reasonable in view of these events. I just can’t believe they just dropped me to the bottom of the line without even considering my situation and the reason why my number was passed without recall. So far worst county recorders office in Southern California.
