Absolutely do not go to this passport facility. Went in the 1st of August and I am not traveling until the 12th of September. Plenty of time if I pay for the expedited processing right? You are supposed to have it back in 2 - 3 weeks. Wrong. The 1st was a friday when I turned in all my stuff to her and she said it was correct. Come Monday, she calls be back in due to the check being the wrong amount which already set me back. She assured me everything was right and told me I only needed my birth certificate in there. My gut told me to send my passport book in also but she said there is absolutely no need. I trusted her which was an absolutely terrible choice. Come August 13th, they send me that they need additional information, they actually need my passport, and my applicationos going "on hold". I one night shipped my passport in (which cost me 70 dollars) and I called this agency to ask if they could help me speed up the process. The manager told me that once they recieve the passport, the main agency will start the process right away. I called and they said it takes 1 - 2 weeks to even START the process again. I might actually miss my travel plans and waste even more money due to the incompetence of this office
