No wait, helpful, clear, and understanding clerk

The staff are always amazing but horribly overworked and understaffed. And the hours do not match. It's actually 8:30-4pm which is impossible for anyone who works a 9-5. Thanks.

I visited this office with a somewhat complicated vehicle registration request. The clerk (initials KV) could not have been more helpful and patient. She was cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. The interaction took close to an hour, but she answered all my questions, and got it sorted out for me. I am very impressed with this licensing office and will definitely use them again.

Horrible staff. I will never go here again if I can prevent it. Went here to get a disabled parking pass, unable to walk very good from an injury and the lady at the counter was so incredibly rude to me. I was not aware I was missing a form from my provider, went onto lecture me (not yelling) how me and the doctor should know this. Ill have someone drive me somewhere else before ever returning here again. The elevator was not easy to find or labeled downstairs so I had to take the stairs which I am not capable of walking up stairs very well. Recommend finding anywhere but here to go to.
