They are doing an OUTSTANDING JOB handling Covid!!! EVERY aspect about it from testing, questions, contact tracing, and helping to give Covid resources!!! Yes, I contracted Covid. They were soooo helpful!!! Aside from Covid, I'm always impressed with them! Right down to how they handle immunizations for other things aside from Covid! They also offer the immunizations you need, boosters, and even do STI testing for free! I've found them to be a plethora of help and information about any and everything! Appointments are easy, testing for things is easy! Appointments right now during this Pandemic of Covid can be a little confusing sometimes, but ALL places have different rules before entering their buildings right now, especially Dr offices. Don't rate them lower for this, it's the way they are trying to prevent the spread between the public and their employees. I am highly impressed and have been for a long time! Feel free to use them they are here for us!!! Thank you, St Clair Count Health Department!! You ALL are always so helpful about everything!!!

Got my covid shot today and I have to say the whole process is very efficient! Even though the line was wrapped around the building when I got there, I made it to the front of the line in no time. Everyone working there was so helpful and friendly, especially Brandon and Linda! You are doing an amazing job St. Clair County Health Department!

Had a 1:00 appointment today to do my last shingle shot came in at 12:55 was taken to the waiting room waited 22 minutes medical staff in the back were laughing and giggling didn't care about me waiting in the waiting room all that time. Could not take no more got up and left. I help the homeless and the medically ill in St Clair county. I send a lot of people out to the harbor impact ministries. After today I will no longer help the health department or I will no longer go to the health department for anything. You people are very disrespectful. People's medical issues is not a laughing game.

The receptionist at the front desk went above and beyond to ask the nurse to squeeze me in for a quick 5 minute appointment regarding my daughter's immunizations. The nurse accepted my request and got me right in. The new location is a definite upgrade and looks great even when still under renovations. They definitely made this busy Mom's day! Thank you!
