Called a few times and always got a live person who answered my questions. Staff inside was professional. Didn't know i needed an appointment for my application but since I had every thing with me they fit me in as a walk in.

When are you going to allow ten years of criminal history again? Checkr runs background checks for Uber and Lyft drivers and they can never access my criminal history ever since you capped it to seven years after this Clean Slate Law. Can you fix your database, I wait 3 months every time because they need to send a real person into request my documents.

The young woman handing jury questions needs to learn that you listen with your ears and not your mouth. I kept having to repeat myself because she kept trying to give the answer to the question she thought was coming rather than the one I was going to ask. I work out of state for months at a time and serving would result in months of lost wages and some logistical issues with getting me home so I had some questions but she got it in her head that I was just trying to get out of it. She even fell back on, "it's your civic duty", mid attempt to ask a question and then offered her opinion on what the judge would think despite repeatedly not listening to the questions being asked. Rude, obvious operating on flawed personal judgement and not helpful at all. I left with all the same questions I went in with I just have to look elsewhere for answers. *Turns out there are resources to help people in the case that jury duty would be a hardship. Wish I would have dug first rather than suffer trying to talk to this women.

Must be nice to be off early so that the people that actually do more then stamp something and take my money can actually make it there before 5. Civil servants are beyond entitled. Keep up the hard work in the AC. Don't want you to get a paper cut or hand cramp from looking up my account.

Told me to sign my notary application in both spots, I said isn't one to print and one to sign - she said no sign both. I did, just got an email from the state saying I was denied and needed to fix my application. I was suppose to print my name and then sign my name. So I had to fix the form - initial my fix. Go back into the online program that takes you into MIWAM - I had to complete the entire document AGAIN, and upload my application AGAIN. All because you believe your smarter than me. But I had to do what you ask in order for you to stamp and approve. Next time I will ask to go to another window. I printed the application online but she insisted I fill out by hand because they would not take my application in the font that I printed it. Crazy since I didn't chose the font the MIWAM system did. There were 5 people standing around at 8:15 a.m. I was the only one in there. For god sake people do your job. At my job there is (1) person for every 3 jobs. Not 5 standing around to help one person and then still getting it wrong.
