Went for a copy of my birth cert. Cannot believe it was so easy, hassle-free, & super quick! All the employees were even friendly! Conveniently located; parking was plentiful. The building offers a sense of cleanliness, order, & safety. I cannot possibly have had a better experience 😁👍

Customer service was horrible . The Clerk was very snotty and very aggressive when given direction on the process when you are getting issued a birth certificate.

Worst experience I've had in a long time at a facility. Upon arrival, the signage is lacking. The window which the lady was assisting people was open so I walked up and noticed a tray of numbers.. I kindly asked if I'm supposed to take a number for birth certificates to which she rudely pointed behind me and said yeah, take a number. What I'd expect is kindness in return and if information that would help both parties accommodate one another. Such as, please take a number and fill out a form on the desk to expedite my and your process. I just happened to see someone else get blindsided and have to step aside to fill out the form. When my number was called the lady rudely processed my certificate request with short snide responses. Even when payment was asked for, she could've said, please pay with the card reader on the counter. I wouldn't go back to this location for whoever was on duty (badge turned backwards) at 2:12pm 9/2/2025

Service was quick when I went but like TM mentioned in their review, the workers here are basically like DMV workers; miserable and rude. In a world already full of conflict, the workers here choose to wake up & go to work and spread misery. Customer service should definitely be a top training priority with government jobs, but they’re not.
