This office has it all together, all the time. If I have a question, they always have the answer and if they don't right then, they always call back me back in a timely manner. I have conducted business at several county clerk offices across TN and in KY, and this office is the best. Their customer service is superb and they always go the extra mile with a smile. I haven't always experienced this elsewhere.

Called to find out what documents I will need for name change, was hung up on 2x, finally on the 3rd time she was very quick and seemed Ike she just wanted me off the phone. So far not a great experience, I will update after going there to update. Hopefully they are nicer in person. Update: So over 3 hrs later, watching people who are walk-ins get seen after they go and complain, their system goes down, and then watch their employees go on over 1.5hr lunch break, literally watched them leave and come back laughing at how many of us are waiting for the system to come back up, which it did while they were at lunch. They are absolutely horrible here. The front desk guy is EXTREMELY rude and was the same person who hung up on me 2x, then if you come up there and you are a person of color he immediately gives you attitude and tells you to sit down. Then you watch someone much lighter go up and they get helped in 9 mins. Disappointed with this place.

Through my experience and my opinion, not very professional they seem to be operating under the Good Ol Boy ways, and I for one do not like it one bit! If you don't have to go here please don't! Unprofessional, "dates don't even match on legal documents SMH " Actually, unable to do their job correctly. I've since reported to the professional boards hoping they'll fix the problem and get the RIGHT PEOPLE in there that will actually serve the public and give us our due process! God bless 🙌🏻 happy new years!!! 👋👋
