I went to City Hall to obtain a death certificate, and birth certificates cost more online in person they are $12. for each document, the line moved pretty quickly, and they open at 9A. I never had to do this before Security checks is normal in any government building nowadays

I understand that this buildings stark nad unapologetic britalism divided people. I also understand how it's plaza seems necessarily barren.
