    I went to City Hall to obtain a death certificate, and birth certificates cost more online in person they are $12. for each document, the line moved pretty quickly, and they open at 9A. I never had to do this before Security checks is normal in any government building nowadays

    I understand that this buildings stark nad unapologetic britalism divided people. I also understand how it's plaza seems necessarily barren. I did visit this place though and I'll say this: I liked the architecture of the building. I do think that the plaza should be turned into a large garden. Alaric recommends 👐 ❤️
