I don’t normally do reviews but this was the Worst customer service ever. The ladies up front were so rude! You think for being a placed for kids and family’s they would be nice and sweet to kids.. haha very rude one was even hanging reading here book.. the lady giving shoots was super nice though she was a breath of fresh air.

Called here since the Los Lunas office is closed for a week (with no notice besides a note on the door). The voicemail in Belen didn't indicate a closure either, but guess what? They are closed until next week, and there's no notification on the voicemail or any forwarding. Don't you think that could potentially be important?

Left a voicemail for an appointment I needed for my child, and my call was actually returned same day, unlike the Los Lunas location. Thank you so much

Free STD testing as well as gives out free bag(s) of condoms. Considering 3 condoms at a convenient store is usually no less than $5 (ridiculous price) these bags of free condoms usually has a good amount too. Something like 7-14 condoms. Great brands as well, usually some kind of Trojan brand sometimes with special type like lubed and ribbed for her pleasure, or skyn brand , etc. Sometimes also having a safe alternative for those with a latex allergy by having non latex condoms as alternative. Every once in awhile you might get a bag of the Trojan "flavored" condoms. Bags are on front desk free for anyone to take and the clerk usually nice enough to allow you to take a couple bags at a time. Safe sex is expensive, as I mentioned sometimes $5 for 3 condoms. So these free condoms make safe sex easily and widely available for more people and is an amazing service to the community in order to help reduce the spread of disease and reduce accidental pregnancies especially among the younger members of the community who can't afford or are too shy and embarrassed and/or are not easily able to access protection. This is an amazing and beneficial service being provided to the community of belen and I thank this public health office for this seemingly small but extremely beneficial contribution offered to the community inorder to reduce the spread of disease and protect against unwanted pregnancies while discreetly allowing a wider range of people access to safety which is huge. People will have sex regardless of being able to afford or have access to safety items such as condoms, so this free service is fantastic and beyond helpful in reducing the transmission/spread of disease and unwanted/accidental pregnancies in the community. Highly recommend stopping and getting you a bag. No appointment or anything needed, simply walk in any time during business hours and get you a brown bag located on the front desk. No thanks necessary, now go and have some safe fun 😉

After paying into Medicaid and Medicare my entire adult working life, the state denied my insurance leaving me unable to afford any this year. This place allowed me to get my flu+COVID vaccine for free. Totally free. No insurance needed. Bizarre it's in such an anti vaxx nut bird of a town but I appreciate it!!!!
