Don’t count on getting any useful information out of them if you have a child sick with COVID, and need help with how they can return from school or daycare. I was told, “they couldn’t help me, and didn’t know what to tell me,” because I tested my child at home. The county health department is meant to be a resource, therefore telling someone they, “Don’t know what to tell them” is unacceptable. Tell me where I should go if you can’t help me.
