HEALTH DEPARTMENT: So, I called to reschedule my appointment for my son's shots and the lady I was on the phone with was VERY rude. I was accidentally pressing buttons and she very rudely said "are you done doing whatever your doing on the phone, it's hard on my ears" well excuse me. I wish I knew who I was speaking with because I'd report her. No reason anyone should be talked to like that over the phone. & if it's so hard on her "ears" maybe she SHOULDN'T be answering the phone. He ear problems aren't my damn problem.
