I cannot thank Meredith enough for the incredible support she provided during a recent appointment. She walked me through every step of my parents' health insurance enrollment process with such patience, professionalism, and clarity. Navigating the intricacies of medical coverage can be overwhelming, but with Meredith's guidance, we were able to successfully complete the enrollment — something I would have struggled to do alone. Thanks to her, my parents now have the coverage they need, and I am immensely grateful for her help. Meredith is truly a lifesaver, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance!

Ronda and Shien are very helpful. I believe they went out of the way to assure that my children and I received the benefits we need. I was having a hard time with transportation. That’s not their problem at all. They still helped me and was very kind, patient, supportive, and encouraging. I truly appreciate it. I did ask if there was a survey I could do or a supervisor that I could talk with. I was informed that they just accept compliments. This why I’m here giving this review. Thank you ladies I pray that everything you have poured into mothers on the daily basis is multiplied and returned in whatever way it’s needed in your lives. In JESUS NAME it is so. This post is for the W.I.C office

Everyone was super friendly. My initial call was acknowledged and taken care of in a speedy manner. I dropped in a little early because of miscalculation on my part (arrived 30 minutes early) and I only had a wait-time of fifteen minutes or so. The doctor who administered the vaccines was kind and obviously skilled in what she does; shots didn't hurt at all. They give you pamphlets to inform you of cautions & symptoms & basic info of the shots you receive, as well as a record of vaccines you got in the past. Receptionists were lovely. (sadly didn't catch any names) Only regret I have is that I assumed this was going to be a long wait, so I picked up a book from their book box. It was called "Racing in the Rain," and I had to leave it just when it was getting good. Off to amazon kindle now.

My family member needed vaccines that weren't available elsewhere as they didn't fit into the usual criteria. The staff was caring, smart, and flexible from start to finish. The nurse went out of his way to find the records and called back to communicate he had success. The front staff then called and worked on getting insurance coverage ahead of time for the upcoming appointment. Super pleased and super easy.

Very helpful place. But definitely hard to get in touch. Been waiting over two weeks for test results and they've yet to answer any voicemail I've left. But still appreciative of the help I received when I was there. Update: Heard back from them with a fair explanation of why it took longer to hear back. Would for sure recommend their facilities and will use them in the future.
