  The nurse who gave my son his vaccination was phenominal. His name was Todd and truly deserves kudos because my son has autism and Todd talked to him immediately putting my son at ease. He explained the vaccination and upcoming vaccination schedule to me well and in detail. When I made the appointment to come on here the receptionist was kind and helpful. She gave me great directions as I found out the building is a bit tricky! Thank you for the service that is provided here keeping our children and community safe!

  Terrible experience within the office.I was not able to fax in my paperwork.In time for it, to be authorized.And I was ridiculed for it told, why was I just sitting on these papers?Instead of turning them in, even though I was explaining that I just wanted to refill it out, I brought the papers in to show them that that's what I was trying to fill out.And then I was told that they're getting a supervisor and basically, I was just being treated like I was stupid. I was told am I going to vaccinate my child then and I said no so she told me my kid will be kicked out all because I don't wanna vaccinate and was trying to get a non medical waiver she was in the east Wing of the van born Michigan health department please reach out thru email for any other details I want a number I can talk to somebody about this because it's extremely unprofessional and when my boyfriend called back up there to figure out how he could do the paperwork, because I'm just fed up with being treated that way. At this point she knew that he was getting the same paperwork that I was trying to get obviously because it was the same child's name. And she decided to talk to him about the incident. Say that we could have resolved it after she was completely disrespecting me. I would also like to add that when you have your clinic. Taking their lunch breaks that they should not be sitting within the patient window. So that patients come up and try to talk to them. And have a note posted right in front of their face while they're eating that they're on break until 12:30. That's very unprofessional, and they were very rude to me when all I was trying to figure out is where I needed to go in the building. It should be mandatory that you guys have a team meeting to discuss your issues in your facility. Do you have more than a few complaints about this on google review
