very rude people all i asked about the cats around there area if they run freely and got told yes then hung up on if one more cat i have to see dead is one too many maybe they should care about people feeding them or not being spaid or nuderd that is inportant more cats mean more death and kittens and no homes and no hope for the kittens and cats . too many animals in shelters because of people just letting animals rome . just saying . no need to have wild life to be abouse . would u let dogs rome free no but cats ok its crule and not rt just because of wild life vermen . adopt dont mean put thoes cats out on the street to see live or dye choice or no choice . dont take me wrong i love animals too much to see death by car or vermon . thats all .

Marcy at the water department lacks customers service skills. She has bad attitude. I called her to ask about my $834.17 water bill that I had received for 3 months. No previous balance. She spoke gibberish to me telling me that the amount of water in the sewer usage is way beyond the usual for some reason which i didnt know. I explained that I didnt have any leakage nor did i water my lawn in the summer. This bill was for months September til December. She was unfriendly. Marcy needs training on how to talk to customers and she definitely needs to work on her manners. When i told her that I need the bill to be under my name, not my sister's since we are both owners, she shot back "how would I know that if you don't call us". What a shame!!!
