Makes every form of communication extremely difficult. Constantly redirects calls intentionally. Talk to a robot for about 5 minutes before sending me to voicemail. Has difficulty communicating between facilities and hospitals.

I wanted to get re-enrolled in the night programming I was taking, and I was told over the phone that I need to go to open access for a third time during the day to get reestablished, but the hours for open access don't work for me, or for anyone who has a day job for that matter. Not very helpful for people seeking treatment

The WHARP project for women in recovery. These women don't even deserve a star. Everything they bragged about helping women with, they don't follow through on their word. I wish I could say one good thing, its a programed is filled with blank help and judgment .

I cannot possibly fathom how I go to the economic support office, they tell me my case is being updated for foodshare after I turn in the proper information, paperwork, etc. and they still manage to not update my case. I was meant to receive benefits on the 14th of January to which they never came, I go to the economic support office to figure out what's going on and the rude and dismissive staff tell me "That's not our problem, call the Moraine lakes call center" which is a lie because I've seen staff do their job there reluctantly before. When I attempt to call the Moraine lakes call center I am put on long holds from 1-2 hours, I'm shuffled and transfered between departments, or I'm hung up on. This place or their services are not in the field to help you, they are there to waste your time.

Nice well kept building, competent front desk staff, but that's literally it. My therapist (Rebecca) for my walk-in assessment (today) was very ironically condescending, definitely lacked common decency, the most basic personable skill--yet called herself a therapist, she could at least fake it. Lastly, she said she had "no idea" how long it would take to be seen for the actual, formal assessment ("testing" she called it). So I asked her that question three times just to confirm her ironic incompetence, before finally leaving DURING her so-called assessment, which was just a rerun-intake of the intake form I already filled out (while waiting for an hour), luckily I only stayed for 15 minutes versus 60 which was her plan. (Government and Society fails once again).
