Lack of communication throughout all staff, they failed to communicate pending balances... needless to say the “payment due before services are rendered” complete lie. When I stopped coming in to appts. The doctor had a nasty attitude so I kept coming smh. Now I have a overwhelming balance and of course since all they care is about money, and not their mistakes ... screw me.

Why do they even have case workers. Needed Medicare assistance.they act like I had it,then I don't have it. Then I do. My papper card come in expired.then another one come with nothing printed on itor even try to get food stamps . So you have a job that is really slow because of the season .good luck

Me and my partner called asking if they would be able to administer my medication for me because I have needlephobia and need assistance. They were not helpful and instead gave us the number for child protective services even though we are very clearly not children. If it's not a service they offer there they could have just said so. It was extremely unprofessional and rude

Moved to a brand new facility at 1560 Clingman St. in Goldsboro. Beautiful building, friendly staff, and amazing service

Management and Staff are uneducated on the recording laws in a public building. And you don't need Joe's permission to be in a public country building. Security guard puts hand on a law abiding citizen. The workers get aggressive and throw hands on you also to the point that a supervisor had to guide her to her office. After laying hands on the wall abiding citizen the security guard won't the citizen arrested. Then commits to lie to the cops about what was happening at the facility.
