I found out my FNP, Ms. Anthony, moved here and, despite having private insurance, I was able to follow her. The front office staff is ALWAYS incredibly helpful and friendly. The online check-in method makes the wait time minimal, with the longest time waited for a scheduled appointment being approximately 10 min. I don't regret moving from the office I was at and I am so grateful I was able to find where where Ms. Anthony moved to (and even more grateful the staff matches her amazing care)! Thank you all for what you do! If I could, I'd give 10 stars!!

We lost our sister unexpectedly in early December 2024. Amber Bahm, FNP, unreasonably delayed signing the death certificate. The funeral home and the medical examiner called multiple times requesting the signed certificate. The phone was unanswered on multiple occasions and voicemails were not returned. This was extremely unprofessional and created an undue amount of stress on our family. A family member had to physically go to the doctor's office where she offered a feeble excuse and then said she was going to sign it that day (more than a week after the initial request). The loss of a loved one is difficult enough to navigate, especially while grieving. Fighting an unreasonable medical professional, whose oath is supposed to be to first do no harm, is inexcusable. Please do better in the future for grieving families.

I had my first one-on-one Medicare Wellness appointment with the new director Dr. Kalpas. I had my vitals checked and at the end of the exam, the doctor created some referrals for normal bone density testing, lab tests, etc. The Doctor was very nice and was a good listener.

Always excellent service. Love the doctors and staff. The phone response can be a long wait (it's variable), but otoh, when you're talking to them they take all the time needed. I was following a provider, Chris Novak, but I expected a crappy office full of snotty nose kids, and it's nothing like that. Modern, calm....

While the front desk wasn’t by any means rude, every other step of any process at this facility was. They won’t pick up the phone anywhere near closing (they will let you sit in the queue as the only caller until they close and you give up). My doctor was insensitive, giving me purely weight-loss pamphlets when I am physically disabled and only there for prescriptions, and I was also told “you don’t look like you have autism”. Extremely unprofessional and I am glad to never return.
