Lady was extremely rude to me over the phone when I was asking a simple question

I mean…we can’t even give our infant the water in Agawam because it’s contaminated. That says enough.

I came here for the first time with my mom. To pay the water bill and other bills as well. This place is small and has many offices inside. The parking lot is big with handicap parking. I am not sure if they have handicap entrance. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The floors were clean, the offices were clean as well. When we walked in there was a table with different stuff on it. Also a few stairs.

Tried calling about my property taxes. Nobody answered. I sent them out in November and they still haven’t been deposited. I would like to know why it takes so long for you deposit my checks. Thank you.
