Rude and Don't seem to really care about others ( As I feel ) .. What is a HEALTH DEPARTMENT for again?

The receptionist needs retraining.Short and very uncaring. She could care LESS about what I called about.

Do not recommend, both the doctor and nurse were laughing at me while I was in pain during my paps, they didn’t believe I was in so much pain, they said I didn’t have to pay anything then hit me with a bill 3 months later. Do not go here!

The front desk could get some help on personality and energy but I love the nurses and technicians here at this facility. Nurse Pactitioner Jennifer and Dana had been wonderful! They have always been professional and bedside manner is excellant! They have made every visit a learning experience and always quick to answer any questions or concern. I always feel like a patient and not just a number. I definitely would recommend. As for the WIC department everyone is very kind and helpful.

Receptionist is the rudest person I've ever come in contact with. She should be fired and replaced with someone that cares about people and the job you're doing for the public. I know it makes no difference to people at the the health department but I'll never step foot in that place again.
