The register of deeds is a disgrace trying to deny people access to file their deeds. All of Anson County's corruption processing financial securities that Securities fraud. All contracts require Mutual consent folks. That means you have to agree. There's a term called meeting of the Minds. Corrupt officials need to be held accountable
