Don't bother making an appoitment. You will get there and still wait at least an hour to 3 hours. I just wanted to get formula for my newborn but I'd rather struggle a little bit buying it than have to go through that mess.

We made an appointment for a Paternity Affidavit, and St Elizabeth no longer has that taken care of at the hospital. We met and worked with Lisa. Was quick and pleasant experience, very friendly. It is down the hill, and if you go past the entrance like i did you can turn in the 2nd entrance, the side road connects to the building.

My first and only visit there so far was very pleasant. I hadnt been to the doctor's office in 6 years and was absolutely terrified. I explained that I was uncomfortable in drs office and Alecia and Shelly was very comforting. Alecia made sure I was completely comfortable before she started doing anything. Shelly held my hand when I was freaking out and from the time I sat down out in the waiting area to being done and out the doors wasn't that long. I wasn't even in there an hour. I definitely will be back soon. Thank you to those two ladies.

Rude as hell, refused to help me with a new wic card or help me transfer to them even though I work and pay taxes in Boone co live right across the street, made a smart remark about Campbell county closing before I could get there almost like she was happy about it . I had my id and physical card (the magnetic strip quit working) I will continue making the drive all the way to Campbell co before I step foot back into this office . Karen
