This is the worst place to come, I always end up sitting here for 2 hours just to be seen. And I always get the same response, that they are short staffing, I mean it helps getting some of the food items, but it's not really worth waiting two hours in the waiting room before even getting called for registration.

Just sat on the phone for more then 10 minutes trying to reschedule an appointment. I'm confused they claimed the were booked and full for the next week. But was checking for availability for the next day. That sounds goofy. It also a waste of 10 minutes

I received a call from the Kenton County Health Department today to let me know I tested positive for COVID-19. My investigator, Holly, handled my interview with the utmost respect, care, and understanding. She took a very scary situation and made me feel comfortable and like she truly cared. It really helped make this whole nightmare situation a little better. May we all give some love to the first responders doing their best for the betterment of our community. Only rating at a 3 star because of the help they/the government provide for my family. Be prepared to wait hours on end while at your appointment. I've been there as long as nearly 4 hours before and other times 2 to 3 hours. Most of the people that work there hate their job, or at least act like they hate it. I feel judged by the desk staff when I'm there. I've called 5 to 10 minutes before they close to ask when my appointment was scheduled and even though they are open for 5 to 10 more minutes, they told me to call back in the morning because they all have already logged out of their computers. The doctors are nice and the place is semi clean most of the time. Most families that are there with their children let their children run wild, but it's likely that they've been there for several hours.
