I will never understand why this office exists. How is it managed this poorly? You are paying at least 6 people to work a counter to give people tags and licenses plates. How is that more cost effective than creating an online system? Every time I walk in here, I try to come as prepared as humanly possible. In fact, I only lease vehicles because they prepare a packet of documents for me to take in . . . so there is almost no chance for an issue. It is almost as though they look for literally any technicality to send you away from their window and to start the process over. This whole system needs massive modernization.

This place doesn't know their head from their you know what. Called in for clarification on what to do before coming. Get here and they tell me to do something else. The whole world is going down fast people. Brace yourself...

About the most friendly county employees you'll ever meet, almost never a line, ez to deal with. Compared to our Nevada DMV & County admin, this place is a dream! 5 stars Ps 6 to 12 hr waits in Nevada! Super high fees! Overworked annoyed employees that are NOT pleasant ever! Campbell county DMV, tax office and permitting are night and day better, very reasonable fees.. no wait to 15 minutes.. ZERO COMPLAINTS

I went in to register my car. I had just purchased the car in Ohio for 9k. I had the tittle, and bill of sale, and because the dealership didn’t have a notarized witness which is completely unessary they get to charge me for what the NDA says tje car value is not taking in the little scratches or the milage or anything for as to why I got the car 2k cheapee so I had to pay 300 dollars more. They do this so they can make it harder on you to register your car and pay them more. Scam artist.
