I just had the best customer service I've ever had from a DMV. I called today regarding a new vehicle title and the nice lady on the phone made sure i knew exactly what forms, money and what to expect when i get there. She took her time explaining and calculating all expenses. Thank you for the positive experience!

Looks to me like reviews by Rod are mostly negative and quite hostile. Diuuest those checking things he has reviewed look at other reviews. I personally find both Noone County and Florence Clerks office friendly, courtous and knowledgeable. 6 cars and 4 motorcycles in 4 years were involved. I give both offices and their employees an A Plus rating !

They are really rude here. I was on the phone with them for less than 10 minutes; had a total of 3 questions; and the entire time they were trying to get me off the line. The first representative passed me off to someone else saying “Can you deal with this Spanish person? I don’t have the time for this.” Which kinda sounded racist, and I didn’t understand why she assumed that because I am not Spanish and only know English. Then the second representative kept rushing her answers and nearly hung up each time she was finished talking without making sure that was everything.

I had a surprisingly smooth experience at the Boone County Motor Vehicle Department. The staff was organized, friendly, and incredibly efficient—what’s often a stressful process felt quick and hassle-free here. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful, answering questions clearly and keeping lines moving. The facility was clean, well-marked, and the wait was shorter than expected. Whether you're renewing tags, handling titles, or getting licenses, this office delivers top-tier public service. 5 stars – a model for how motor vehicle departments should operate! 🚗💯 GABY DID A GREAT JOB Highly impressed – thank you for the great service!

I moved from OH to KY. I registered two vehicles after receiving information online for required documents and next steps for process. There was no wait on either occasion with clerk Or sheriffs office. All staff was helpful and courteous. Very good experience.
