Took our daughter here for a dental appointment. First time there and I was not allowed to stay in the room with my daughter. They also took a look inside her mouth before any cleaning or x-rays and stated she had cavities and that they don't sedate children to fill them.

I've visited the Health Department on 3 different occasions for myself and my family. Every single visit was pleasant. The staff are incredibly friendly and the doctors are quite happy to help. Overall, I would recommend the Health Department. As well, the nutritionist is one of the most helpful and sweetest staff members I've met so far.

I was there getting a copy of my birth certificate. It was very welcoming and a relaxed environment. Everyone was very helpful and didn't take too long maybe 20 min in and out.

I'm so very thankful for the services there as I don't have health insurance. They have always been really nice to me and they listen.

This office cancels dental appointments more times than I have ever seen in my life. We scheduled an appointment months ago for my daughter and they canceled that one for “an emergency”, and they couldn’t get us back in for 3 months, which is today. So we called and confirmed 30 minutes ago and they said “all good to go”, so we took our daughter out of school to get to this appointment. And literally as we’re driving that way, they cancel FOR THE SECOND TIME, again “for an emergency”, and they put us on another 3 month wait as the “earliest time they can get her back in.” I wouldn’t be quite as shocked by this if they also didn’t cancel my appointment last minute months ago as well. I understand emergencies happen, but come on now! On the rare chance that you’re actually able to see the dentist here, we’ve heard she’s solid, but apparently the opportunity to do this is almost non-existent, so I’m not sure why you’d try. Highly unprofessional office…if you can, I’d try to avoid.
