Had to get a covid-19 test. They said it would take 3-5 days it only took 2 which was great. Test came back positive for covid-19. I didn't understand why. I wasn't showing any symptoms and it had been 11 days since being contacted to the virus. I then took it up on myself too get retested with a blood test. Results came back negative. Now I'm at a 50/50 chance to have covid-19. I made appointment for a rapid test at Medicine shoppe in Johnson City and the test which was a nasal swab came back negative.

If you want to make an appointment that requires 24 hour in advance wait like Kindergarten shots, get a set time, and then show up early for your set time to find out they changed your appointment time without calling, and sit there for two extra hours during COVID-19 with your five year old this is the place to go! Ridiculous.

I had a Covid-19 test here. I was there the day they had started vaccinating 1A2, and still waited only about 30 minutes, or so. I got my negative results about 40 hours later. In the interim, I saw my doctor to get antibiotics for an ear infection and they also did a Covid-19 test. The negative test from the MD was resulted at about 72 hours. I am grateful for their dedication & diligence!

The main entry staff super nice, the lady nurse and the DR terrible if you have anxiety. I understand not letting a whole bunch of people back but for someone with anxiety who need a hand to hold is not a joke or a laughing matter when your physically uncomfortable. Not going to mention the tech that drew blood she could not stick to save her life and manages to cause a back flow that bubbled underneath my skin and is now a huge bruise. It looks bad all the way around and that was from the second stick the first stick was painless but she dug trying to find it never found it the first time.

The front end staff was great, My daughter and I had to get a physical for school. My 17 yr old was with me and my mom was driving, sitting in the car. I'm a single mom with seizures so I don't sleep well. I don't drive by choice bc my kids then the doctor saw id fall asleep for literally 2 mins. She asked if my daughter started her cycle at 7 yrs old And it caught me off guard. Then she proceeded to tell me she was calling DHS Since I fell asleep. For a few seconds. She shouldn't just assume I have a drug problem Maybe I'm sleep deprived . I've been so busy lately I have had much such sleep. I couldn't believe it instead of a normal doctor checking on moms health that was her assumption.
